Hawksworth is seeking a Security Data Loss Prevention Manager for a global law firm. This permanent role is remote within the UK, with infrequent travel to Belfast or London for meetings. Salary will be discussed based on experience.
The Role: The Security Data Loss Prevention Manager will oversee data loss prevention strategies and technologies. Responsibilities include executive reporting, report building, statistics gathering, budgeting, leadership, and communicating technical information to diverse audiences. Vendor management experience is essential, including vendor calls, accountability, and roadmap management to prevent reactive vendor issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in DLP and Cloud Solutions
- 3-5 years in management or team leadership roles
- 3-5 years’ experience in people and vendor management
- Technical expertise in DLP technologies such as Microsoft Purview and Proofpoint, including overseeing their implementation and management
- Policy development and compliance experience, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and standards
