SEO Lead – Digital Agency | London (Hybrid)

Location: London, Hybrid

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you a strategic SEO thinker with a hands-on mindset and a passion for helping brands grow online? We’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join a fast-paced, creative digital agency in London that delivers award-winning work for clients across lifestyle, tech, and eCommerce.

In this hybrid role, you’ll lead and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for a portfolio of clients—blending technical, on-page, and off-page expertise to drive measurable results.

What You\’ll Do

• Own end-to-end SEO strategy and delivery for multiple clients
• Conduct technical site audits and implement fixes in collaboration with dev teams
• Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, and content strategy
• Oversee link-building campaigns and off-site SEO tactics
• Track and report performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Present insights and recommendations directly to clients
• Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of SEO experience, ideally agency-side
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and web architecture
• Excellent knowledge of on-page optimisation, schema, and content SEO
• Familiar with tools like Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush
• Confident communicator who can translate SEO data into actionable insights
• Self-starter with excellent time management and client-facing skills
