Duties and Responsibilities:

• Client Ownership: Build and maintain strong client relationships, tailor services, lead teams, manage contracts, ensure margins (>25%), and identify growth opportunities.
• Project Delivery: Deliver projects following NTT DATA methodologies, managing budgets, risks, and quality, with a cloud-first approach.
• People Management and Development: Develop skills, mentor team members, and support onboarding.
• Utilisation and Revenue: Drive revenue, manage project portfolios, and maximize opportunities.
• Project Methodology and Organisation: Define delivery approaches, plan resources and timelines.
• Contract Management: Monitor complex contracts, manage change requests.
• PM Tools: Proficient in NTT DATA project tools and Cloud ALM.
• Technical & Business Management Integration: Contribute to technical discussions and decision-making.
• Communication and Behaviour: Lead effectively, moderate conflicts, manage change.
• Task and Time Management: Manage multiple projects, set milestones.
• Problem Solving: Make decisions, escalate issues when necessary.
• Commitment: Promote company strategy, provide and receive feedback.
• Analytical Thinking: Apply structured thinking in complex situations.
• Result Orientation/Quality Management: Own results, ensure quality, mitigate risks.
• Follow-up Business: Build networks for future opportunities.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Ownership of project and commercial outcomes, especially on LE projects.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience, including 6+ relevant domain and 2+ public cloud implementations.
• Delivered 10+ full project lifecycles, each >2,000 person-days.
• Knowledge of Activate methodology, preferably certified.
• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition certification.
• Hands-on with Cloud ALM.
• Managed multiple full SAP lifecycles, project values >£2M.
• Prince 2 and/or Agile (Scrum) experience preferred.
• Strong reporting skills.
• Experience deploying SAP in at least 4 industries.
• Skilled in documentation and workshops.
• Understanding complex contracts and cost tracking.
• Proficiency in integration discussions and processes.
• Full UK driving license; willingness to travel.
• Confident, professional, relationship builder.
