Position: Salesforce Technical Architect – CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Sales & Service

Location: London, UK

Work Model: Hybrid – Flexible (up to 4 days per week on-site)

Key Qualifications & Expertise:

  • Extensive Salesforce CRM Implementation background with 12+ years of experience.
  • Over 5 years as a Technical Architect, specializing in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Revenue Clouds.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ/Salesforce Revenue Cloud — a must-have skill.
  • Deep knowledge of Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOSL, SOQL, Data loaders, and Salesforce automation tools (Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Customizations).
  • Strong understanding of Product & Pricing configuration, CPQ approvals, data migration, Quote-to-Cash workflows, approval processes, and Order & Billing management.
  • 6–8 years designing and developing tailored solutions within Salesforce Revenue Cloud and the broader SFDC ecosystem.
  • Experienced in engaging multiple stakeholders, driving discussions, and achieving consensus in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead business workshops with both IT and business teams.

Preferred Skills & Additional Knowledge:

  • Strong grasp of the Lead-to-Cash process.
  • Exposure to business change management strategies.
  • Proven experience crafting custom features and enhancements across Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC systems.
