Work on PSS cloud solutions; GDS understanding is a plus. Experience with CRM/Salesforce solutions is advantageous. Design and optimize business processes; integrate processes across different systems. Learn quickly and adapt to new concepts, models, and technologies. Communicate effectively through verbal, written, and presentation skills. Collaborate with teams to solve business and technical challenges. Serve as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for clients. Lead thought leadership initiatives in the Public Sector/Energy & Utilities industry, including workshops on business process innovation. Guide business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-cloud implementation touchpoints. Assess client requirements, co-create success visions, and map solutions to Salesforce platforms. Contribute to target architecture, phasing, and transition planning. Provide expertise to define solutions on the Salesforce 360 platform. Assist clients in building CRM strategies and roadmaps, supporting both quick wins and strategic goals. Work with complex requirements, design solutions, and configure Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with Technical Architects, project teams, and partners to define detailed solutions and evaluate architecture. Review design blueprints, identify risks, and communicate issues proactively. Stay updated on industry trends, Salesforce solutions, and competitive solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
