Project overview:

• Our customer is a leading pay-per-click (PPC) performance display advertising company, partnering with over 3,000 e-commerce brands and operating in 40 countries, headquartered in France.
• The product enables online e-commerce sites to expand their search marketing campaigns to re-engage visitors who have left their website.
• It improves online shopping by bringing search-like performance to display advertising, being measurable, scalable, CPC-priced, and driven by user intent. Personalized banners outperform standard display ads, leading to better click-through rates and increased conversions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner
• Knowledge of lead-to-cash processes
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud declarative features
• Proven experience translating complex requirements into scalable CRM solutions
• Salesforce Administrator and App Builder certifications
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in agile teams (Scrum or SAFe)
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Act as liaison between stakeholders, developers, and architects
• Manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows using Jira or Confluence
• Support Salesforce configuration, testing, and UAT planning
• Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce platform aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with development teams to prioritize features
• Maintain knowledge of Salesforce Media Cloud and Industries (Vlocity)
• Support data quality, reports, and dashboards
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and suggest enhancements
