We are working with a highly successful Consulting Partner in the Salesforce ecosystem who is looking for a Salesforce Functional Lead to join their fast-paced, inclusive, and people-first organisation.

As a Salesforce Functional Lead, you will:

1. Take ownership of the requirements definition and the Product Backlog
2. Lead Detailed Design workshops, playbacks, testing, and training sessions
3. Produce design outputs such as process maps, product backlog, and solution design documentation
4. Take ownership of the functional components of the Solution Design
5. Work across multiple projects simultaneously
6. Have experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
7. Lead, manage, and mentor Junior Salesforce Consultants

Additionally, they seek someone who can bring Salesforce knowledge, experience, and work ethic to support the successful delivery of various Salesforce projects. Since this is a client-facing role, excellent communication and presentation skills are essential to lead solutions for each project and client engagement.
