Job Description:

A leading healthcare organisation is seeking a Salesforce Developer with experience in Health Cloud to support their ongoing digital transformation. This role focuses on building and optimising solutions that improve patient care, streamline operations, and integrate clinical systems within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customise Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to support clinical and operational workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals and non-technical stakeholders.

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party healthcare systems such as electronic health records (EHR).

• Implement automation tools and scalable features to enhance user and patient journeys.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, maintaining data integrity and security.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning, Flows, etc.).

• Experience working with or implementing Salesforce Health Cloud.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development lifecycle.

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Admin, or Health Cloud are highly desirable.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
