We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in project-based work and business-as-usual (BAU) Salesforce tasks. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business processes to support, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce environment as we grow.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with the Change team, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Perform Salesforce configuration changes, including flows, lightning pages, custom fields and objects, page layouts, record types, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage deployments across environments using Gearset, ensuring successful implementation and providing hypercare post-go-live.
  • Assist with Salesforce integration with third-party tools and internal systems.
  • Support data migration and maintain data quality during projects.
  • Conduct mass communication operations, including outreach to clients via existing integrations.
  • Perform daily Salesforce administration, including user license management, security, and permissions.
  • Support Salesforce users by troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain data integrity through imports/exports.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for decision-making.
  • Implement system updates with minimal disruption.
  • Identify and propose system improvements and enhancements.

What you can bring:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce automation, best practices, and complex Flows.
  • Experience with custom objects, managed packages, and standard Salesforce features.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, handling tasks like user setup, reports, and dashboards.
  • Ability to improve Salesforce processes through declarative changes.
  • Experience with Lightning App Builder, dynamic layouts, and conditional visibility.
  • Experience with metadata deployments and understanding their impact and risks.
  • Experience with hierarchical data loads.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate with the team.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Litify managed package.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Confluence and Jira.
  • Developer experience, especially in invocable Apex classes.
  • Trailhead Certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Platform Developer.
  • Experience with Titan applications, particularly Titan Web and Titan Sign.
