SYR is working with a renowned brand in the superyacht industry seeking to appoint a Sales Manager.
This role involves working in yacht coatings and paint, with the company experiencing solid growth. The owner now wishes to focus more on operational aspects and is hiring a commercial professional to generate new leads and business.
Reporting to the business owner, key duties include:
- Representing the business at shows and events worldwide
- Setting targets for business development and tracking progress
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Gathering customer information to generate quotations
- Inputting data into the company CRM to monitor progress
- Acting as an ambassador for the business
- Driving lead generation through social media content
The ideal candidate will have experience and a network within the luxury yachting sector, preferably at the new build or refit stage. A strong contacts book will enable targeted lead generation and conversion.
The position offers autonomy, extensive travel, and growth opportunities, including potential development of a sales team as sales increase.
This is a remote role, but the ability to travel easily within Europe without visa restrictions is essential.
