Hartmann Young is partnered with a company specialising in point-of-care solutions for infectious disease diagnostics. Their fully automated systems handle sample preparation, extraction, amplification and detection, delivering rapid results with minimal training required. After the successful deployment of their platform in over 100 NHS hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic, they are now advancing to the next-generation product.
We are on the lookout for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join the team, working remotely across the UK.
The role
Day to day, you will lead the sales and marketing strategy to drive growth in the UK market, with a focus on point-of-care and molecular diagnostics. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the UK
- Managing large-scale NHS contracts
- Overseeing multimillion-pound accounts to ensure continued growth and customer satisfaction
- Representing the company at key industry events
- Contributing to global growth initiatives (including navigating IVDR and regulatory requirements)
- Providing strategic feedback to the product team
The person
- Extensive experience in POC diagnostics (minimum 5 years of experience)
- Strong knowledge of molecular testing and NHS contracts, including working at the lab level
- Established relationships with UK hospitals, decision-makers, and Key Opinion Leaders in diagnostics
- Proven experience managing contracts and multimillion-pound accounts
