Their fully automated systems handle sample preparation, extraction, amplification, and detection, delivering rapid results with minimal training required. After the successful deployment of their platform in over 100 NHS hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic, they are now advancing to the next-generation product.
We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join the team, working remotely across the UK.
The role
- Lead the sales and marketing strategy to drive growth in the UK market, focusing on point-of-care and molecular diagnostics.
- Responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities across the UK, managing large-scale NHS contracts, and overseeing multimillion-pound accounts to ensure continued growth and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at key industry events, contribute to global growth initiatives (including navigating IVDR and regulatory requirements), and provide strategic feedback to the product team.
The person
- Extensive experience in POC diagnostics (minimum 5 years);
- Strong knowledge of molecular testing and NHS contracts, including lab-level work;
- Established relationships with UK hospitals, decision-makers, and Key Opinion Leaders in diagnostics;
- Proven experience managing contracts and multimillion-pound accounts.
