Build out wholesale sales forecast by brand and account prior to each sales campaign. Book all wholesale appointments for each campaign, ensuring key accounts and existing customers are scheduled. Lead and run wholesale appointments both digitally and in person. Ensure retailers receive all necessary information to process sales orders promptly. Receive, collate, and format wholesale orders for easy sharing with brands. Negotiate retailer terms to protect each brand's interests regarding sell-through guarantees and trade discounts. Document and share feedback from all stakeholders with each brand. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales order overview. Set up new accounts efficiently with relevant brands. Prepare and present end-of-season sales reports for internal and brand partner review. Support timely shipments and logistics. Collaborate with PR, Marketing, and Communications teams to maximize sales opportunities. Identify and develop commercial opportunities, including exclusives, capsules, and collaborations. Oversee weekly sell-through reports and analyze data for opportunities or concerns. Maintain open communication with brands via email, in-person, and video calls. Build strong relationships with each brand and retailer. Organize global showrooms, fixtures, models, and related logistics. Identify and implement trunk show opportunities worldwide. Manage and secure the Master Database. Organize wholesale files on Dropbox for easy access.

- 5+ years in Luxury and Advanced Contemporary BENELUX wholesale markets.
- International experience.
