Their market-leading solution enables payment providers to launch their own Pay-By-Bank as a core payment method and facilitate further growth for their customers. They have built a distinguished product and brand; as such, they’re on a strong growth trajectory. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for selling a market-leading product suite. We’re looking for an enterprise seller with experience selling into T1 banks, Issuer/Processor Platforms, PSPs, Fintechs, and large merchants/big tech. While based in the UK, your geographic remit will cover the UK and Europe. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies for target accounts/markets. Lead business development efforts to identify and pursue new enterprise clients in payments, including networking and attending industry events. Ensure compliance with Business Risk Policy and regulations related to Open Banking and payments, staying updated on regulatory changes. Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their needs to tailor solutions. Communicate the company\’s product value proposition effectively and handle client inquiries. Lead contract negotiations with enterprise clients. Provide sales reports and forecasts via Hubspot to leadership. Collaborate with product, marketing, and legal teams for go-to-market strategies. Stay informed on industry developments, competitors, and growth opportunities. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Qualifications Proven senior enterprise sales experience, especially selling complex solutions to large financial institutions and payment providers. Experience selling into T1 banks, Issuer/Processor Platforms, PSPs, Fintechs, and large merchants/big tech. Knowledge of A2A, Open Banking, and the wider payment ecosystem is a plus. Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders. Ability to articulate value propositions and demonstrate business impact. Strong negotiation skills for high-value deals. Cultural awareness for UK & Europe markets; additional language skills are a bonus.
