Ecommerce Sales Director (Maternity Cover) | £70,000-80,000 – OTE £100-120k | Manchester
Are you a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader ready to take on a high-impact role? We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to cover a maternity leave, leading a high-performing sales team and driving growth within a thriving sales unit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage four sales teams (~30 sales professionals) to achieve business targets.
- Support and mentor three Sales Managers, ensuring consistent performance and motivation.
- Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
- Analyse sales trends and performance data to guide sales strategies and pipeline development.
- Oversee key accounts, resolving escalations and ensuring strong client relationships.
- Execute and roll out sales initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Provide hands-on support to sales teams when covering for managers during leave.

- Proven experience in sales leadership, sales management, and sales analysis .
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
- A results-driven leader with a passionate, energetic, and ebullient approach.
- Ability to analyse data and trends to develop sales strategies that drive growth.
