What You'll Do:
- Prospect, engage, and close strategic partnerships with key UK merchants in the Hospitality space.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach to proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
- Deliver needs-based solutions through in-person meetings, video calls, and webinars, drawing on market insights and deep product knowledge.
- Build strategic account plans to forecast revenue and track performance against ambitious sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams across product, analytics, marketing, and customer success to deliver best-in-class client solutions.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide data-led optimisation recommendations aligned with each client’s goals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, advertising technology, and competitor landscape.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, marketing technology, or marketing services sales, ideally in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.
- A strong background in selling to senior marketing stakeholders (CMO, Head of Digital, etc.) at UK-based merchants.
- Demonstrated success working to £1M+ annual sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
- Prior experience or strong network within the Hospitality sector is highly desirable.
- An ability to navigate complex deals and build long-term strategic relationships.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills; comfortable engaging stakeholders across marketing, finance, and commercial teams.
- A consultative, data-led approach to selling, with a passion for solving client challenges.
- Experience in card-linked marketing, performance media, or loyalty/CRM marketing is a plus.
