Sales Development Representative Responsibilities
To be an integral part of the Go To Market team, developing inbound generated leads, self-generating leads through traditional and innovative prospecting methods while taking a solution-led approach. The role will be fully supported by the marketing and creative team, who will provide all necessary tools, information, and education to make this critical role a success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and nurture leads (prospective clients)
- Be tenacious and resilient with a can-do and will-do attitude
- Excellent all-round communication skills (Verbal, Listening, Written)
- Work with a high level of velocity and volume
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be a true team player
- Keep the CRM up to date with profile and business insights, contact reports, and actions
- Be creative with the ability to think outside the box
- Identify and develop potential markets and verticals
- Be able to adapt and embrace change
- Other duties as assigned
Role Requirements:
- 1 year’s experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B Sales
- Experience working within Go-To-Market / Revenue Generation Teams
- Organized and excellent task and cadence management
- Product knowledge
- Naturally inquisitive and continuous learner
