As we enjoy continued growth in our core markets of Oracle & SAP ERP recruitment, Apps IT are seeking to complement our Senior Team with a Sales & Performance Manager . This new role aims to consolidate the experience of an accomplished people/business manager with a track record of contract billing success into a unique leadership position. We have experienced significant growth in Q1 and possess strong Oracle and SAP pipelines across our key territories: UK, Europe, Middle East, and USA.

Role Responsibilities

The Sales and Performance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of our Sales and Delivery teams, including US and offshore teams. The role also involves participating in group-wide Business Development initiatives and shaping our overall strategic direction.
