They have developed industry-leading software for several household names and are preparing for their next growth phase. The Role : They seek experienced developers excited about building unprecedented solutions. With a unique business model and scale challenges, they need problem solvers to tackle technical hurdles. The ideal candidate has extensive commercial experience developing secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions. The current tech stack includes Rails extensively, along with Python and Go for supporting services. The team values pragmatic use of the best tools for each problem and expects candidates to lead in building core technology stacks across multiple languages and frameworks. Skills Required : Experience with Rails (or similar frameworks) Experience operating large systems (following an SRE approach) API development and integration experience Experience testing complex applications using a test-driven approach Designing, building, and maintaining applications covering both frontend and backend Experience with OpenCV and/or other image manipulation tools (helpful but not mandatory) This is a fully remote role.
