A Royalties Supervisor is required to join a leading, global music business. This is a newly created position due to continued organic growth and offers excellent exposure across the commercial, operational, and strategic aspects of music royalties. As the Royalties Supervisor you will report into a highly supportive senior leadership team. It sits within a dynamic function and will play a key role in managing the company’s royalty operations across a large and growing international portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about the music industry. You will be offered an annual salary of £35,000 - £45,000 as well as a wider benefits package, progression opportunities, flexible/hybrid working and you will be joining a high performing, outgoing team who enjoy regular socials together.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end royalty processing and reporting
- Manage recoupment tracking and support complex royalty calculations
- Line manage and mentor a junior team member
- Maintain and improve financial tracking and reconciliation systems
- Support cash flow, invoicing, and forecasting processes
- Deliver reports to inform deal-making and performance analysis
- Collaborate across teams to streamline operations and improve reporting accuracy
