We are focused on adding an experienced and enthusiastic Revenue Enablement Manager to our fast-growing team. Reporting to our Head of Revenue Enablement, you will be responsible for leading and executing on the training and onboarding strategy for a performance-focused revenue global organization including sales, account management and implementation teams.

We seek a proactive, results-driven individual with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective enablement onboarding and training programs to boost performance and customer value. In this position, you will play a key role in aligning sales, account management and other departments to create cohesive enablement programs that empower our teams for success.
You will:
- Lead the development, execution and measurement of onboarding and training programs to improve and optimize knowledge, behavior, and skills for high-performing revenue teams.
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, encompassing various learning modalities such as live training, e-learning, virtual sessions, role-plays, workshops, and more.
- Partner with revenue operations in driving the adoption and training of sales tools and best practices.
- Develop and deliver certifications for new hires and existing sellers for mission-critical productivity tools and sales skills.
- Translate complex and technical topics into simple and easily understood explanations and training materials.
- Conduct interactive workshops for engaging, and effective training- objection handling workshops, role playing, and constant gamification of the sales trainings.
Requirements:
- Strong ability to represent concepts, as well as summarize and communicate complex ideas with a strong sense of how sales, account managers and leaders think, operate and absorb training or concepts.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales or customer success training role.
- Experience in coaching and training large teams - A Must.
- Native English speaker (spoken and written) - A Must.
- Experience in B2B SaaS – highly preferred.
- Track record of successful selling and/or successfully driving data driven enablement programs that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent training, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Experience in using Salesforce, Gong, and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
