Job Description:

Consumer Additions is partnering with a sportswear and apparel brand to recruit a dynamic Retail Marketing Manager.

The role involves executing brand strategy across major UK retailers, focusing on shopper experience and commercial impact.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead UK retail marketing plans and campaigns
• Coordinate with commercial and regional teams to support sell-in
• Build partnerships with retailers and agencies
• Manage retail projects from brief to execution
• Enhance in-store customer experience
• Oversee UK brand showrooms

Personal requirements:

• Experience in retail marketing, preferably in apparel or sports
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail activation
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with a passion for brand growth
