A reputable regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer with at least four years of experience. The firm has an impressive client base, including FTSE companies, public and private sector organizations, charities, and high net worth individuals. The firm is known for its commitment to developing and retaining talent, believing that staff retention and a positive working environment benefit their clients.

They are looking to add a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of four years' experience to their Residential Property Team. The ideal candidate should have a proactive attitude and extensive experience in handling a broad spectrum of residential conveyancing matters, including standard sales, purchases, remortgages, as well as more complex cases such as new builds, buy-to-let, and equity release.

Experience with more complex and specialized work, such as lease extensions, drafting intricate property deeds, covenants, and deeds of rectification, will be provided based on the candidate's capability and deemed appropriate by the Supervising Partner.
