A large and highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer with at least four years of experience. The firm has an impressive client base that includes FTSE companies, public and private sector organizations, charities, and high-net-worth individuals. The firm is known for developing and investing in home-grown talent, boasting staff retention levels well above industry norms. They believe that retaining talented staff and creating an outstanding workplace benefits their clients.
They are looking to add a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of four years' experience to their Residential Property Team. The ideal candidate should have a proactive attitude and extensive experience handling a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, from standard sale, purchase, and remortgage transactions to more complex cases such as new builds, buy-to-let, and equity release.
Experience with more complex and specialized work, including lease extensions, drafting complex property deeds, covenants, and deeds of rectification, will be provided based on the candidate's capability and the discretion of the Supervising Partner.
