A large and highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer with at least four years of experience. The firm has an enviable client list that includes FTSE companies, public and private sector organizations, charities, and high net worth individuals. The firm has a first-class reputation for developing and investing in home-grown talent and boasts staff retention levels well above the industry average. They believe that employee retention and creating an outstanding workplace environment provide inherent benefits to their clients.

The firm now aims to add a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least four years of experience to their Residential Property Team. The ideal candidate should possess a proactive attitude and have extensive experience handling a broad range of Residential Conveyancing matters, including standard Sale, Purchase, and Remortgage transactions, as well as more complex cases such as New Build, Buy to Let, and Equity Release transactions.

Experience with more complex and specialized work, such as lease extensions, drafting intricate property deeds, covenants, and deeds of rectification, will be provided based on the candidate's capability and the discretion of the Supervising Partner.
