They are looking to add a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least four years of experience to their Residential Property Team. The ideal candidate should have a proactive attitude and extensive experience handling a broad range of Residential Conveyancing matters, including standard Sale, Purchase, and Remortgage transactions, as well as more complex cases such as New Builds, Buy to Let, and Equity Release. Experience with more specialized work, such as lease extensions, drafting complex property deeds, covenants, and deeds of rectification, will be provided as appropriate by the Supervising Partner, depending on the candidate\’s capability.
