The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Managing a team of Paralegals.
- Delivering outstanding client service, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions with clear and proactive communication.
- Supervising and mentoring support staff, fostering development within the team.
- Actively contributing to business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow the firm’s reputation and client base.
- Ensuring compliance with risk management procedures and regulatory standards.
- Continuing professional development, staying up to date with legal and market trends.
The Ideal Candidate
- Conveyancing Expertise – 3+ years’ PQE as a solicitor or licensed conveyancer with proven residential property experience.
