What You'll Do:
- Lead the Resi-Life programme, delivering high-quality events that foster belonging, wellbeing, and community.
- Represent the brand at student events (housing fairs, open days) with creative activations.
- Drive student feedback initiatives and industry survey participation.
- Manage the Student Sustainability Influencers programme.
- Support mental health and resilience initiatives for residents.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to deliver campaigns and boost brand visibility.
- Contribute to ESG efforts through sustainability and charitable projects.
What We're Looking For:
- 6+ years in events, marketing, or student engagement (PBSA/BTR/real estate ideal).
- Skilled in event planning, campaign delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Confident communicator with strong creative and organisational abilities.
- Proficient with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and social media platforms.
