Harnham has exclusively partnered with a high-growth Market Research company that utilizes its platform and data products to conduct polls and gather decision-grade data about public opinions, voter behavior, and citizen insights.
The Role:
- You will serve as the research manager analysis lead within the organization, playing a key role in a rapidly expanding research data team that collaborates closely with over 10 data engineers and data scientists.
- You will work directly with our chief research officer to support major UK charities, political parties, and corporate clients.
- You will tackle some of the most challenging problems in market research and influence industry directions.
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally, 3-4 years of experience as a researcher in the quantitative market research industry.
- Experience at data science firms, management consultancies, public affairs agencies, civil service, or think-tanks is also valued.
- The candidate should be able to identify the top 2-3 findings for each client brief through data analysis and present these insights in well-structured PowerPoint decks and memos.
- Experience conducting various statistical analyses, preferably on panel data—such as principal component analysis, factor analysis, multivariate regression, and cluster analysis.
The Benefits:
As a Research Manager, you can earn up to a £60,000 base salary plus an attractive benefits package.
