About the Role: You’ll work closely with the leadership and operations teams to help coordinate crews, transport, and the day-to-day delivery of relocation projects. This is a fast-paced, on-the-ground role that requires energy, problem-solving skills, and a cool head under pressure. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one, and supported with the tools and training to grow — including gaining your Transport Manager CPC qualification quickly, if not already held. What We\’re Looking For: We’re seeking someone who: Has solid experience in the removals or relocation industry (domestic, commercial or international). Is ready to commit long-term and grow with the company — a proven track record of loyalty is key. Lives within a reasonable commute to Morden, Surrey – flexibility is important due to callouts and start times. Brings operational know-how around transport planning, crew coordination , and customer service. Wants to develop – this is an ideal step-up for someone ready to move from ‘doing’ to leading . What\’s on Offer: £35,000 – £45,000 starting salary (depending on experience). Structured pathway to senior roles within this growing company.
