As part of our 2025 growth strategy, Hays London City is actively seeking ambitious, target-driven sales professionals to join our expanding London team.

About Hays: Hays is a leading global talent solutions consultancy, with a presence in over 33 countries. Our London office is looking to bring on board dynamic sales professionals to specialise in recruitment for one of our many industries.

What will the role include at Hays London? This is a full 360 recruitment role with a strong sales focus. You will be responsible for driving business development, building new client relationships, and sourcing top talent through networking, meetings, and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full sales cycle, from generating leads to qualifying and selling recruitment services to potential clients.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues, negotiating contracts, and pitching tailored solutions.
  • Working with exclusive, high-profile clients and engaging with influential business leaders across various sectors.

Experience: Previous experience in sales or business development is desired.

Skills: Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. Natural relationship builder, with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. Strong entrepreneurial spirit and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
