What You’ll Be Doing
- Running a warm desk focused on the Lloyd’s of London / specialist insurance market – likely in Claims or Underwriting.
- Building and managing long-term relationships with insurers, syndicates, MGAs, and brokers.
- Developing new business with your own trusted network and incoming leads.
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process – from briefing to offer.
- Working independently with freedom, but never alone – support is always there when needed.
- Offering credible market insight to clients and candidates alike.
