What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running a warm desk focused on the Lloyd’s of London / specialist insurance market – likely in Claims or Underwriting.

  • Developing new business with your own trusted network and incoming leads.
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process – from briefing to offer.
  • Working independently with freedom, but never alone – support is always there when needed.
  • Offering credible market insight to clients and candidates alike.
