Permanent People is working closely with an Edinburgh-based recruitment business that is looking to hire experienced 360 recruitment professionals to join their growing team. Current live recruitment vacancies are in the FMCG, White Collar Construction, and Manufacturing sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment process, from securing new business to recruiting and interviewing candidates weekly. You should have strong new business sales experience and the ability to recruit, select, and deliver a first-class recruitment service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to bill almost immediately, supported by a large client base that relies on this firm for high-quality candidates.
Experience Requirements:
- At least one year of 360 recruitment experience in an agency role, with strong sales experience.
- Proactive and commercially aware, with a proven track record within the recruitment industry.
Commission structure: 25% Individual quarterly bonuses
