AJ Chambers is an award-winning and ambitious specialist recruitment business, focused within the Accountancy Practice, Commercial Finance, and Legal Practice sectors. Due to a continual increase in demand from our Accountancy clients, we are looking to add to our London team, which is based in Rochford Essex; however, partners with Accountancy Practices in the City / West End.

Your role will involve:

  • Meeting with Candidates & Clients (via Teams or Face to Face)
  • Working with Preferred Supplier Clients (the hard work has already been done for you!)
  • Continuously growing and developing your network
  • Organise and attend Client events

Progression opportunities exist towards a Senior level, and then further would consist of the opportunity to move into either a Managing Consultant or a Principal Consultant role. At Senior level, you have the opportunity to mentor trainees and earn from their initial success.
