We are working exclusively with a prestigious Family Office, looking to hire a Real Estate Associate to support the management and development of their £1bn property portfolio. This role reports to the Property Director and collaborates closely with the Principle of the family office.
You will assist in maintaining and managing a diverse property portfolio across the UK, Western Europe, and South America, including estates, agricultural land, and residential units. Additionally, you will support ongoing development projects, liaising with construction heads, consultants, and architects, especially on large projects involving listed properties.
The ideal candidate is an intelligent professional with real estate experience, excellent academic background, and relevant qualifications. Strong communication skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.
