The Motorsport Competence Group is looking for a motivated and flexible Race Engineer at our headquarters in St. Ingbert, Germany. General Summary:
- Manage the engineering of our GT cars and drivers at all international GT racing events.
- Prepare and execute performance plans for each race and test event.
- Maximise performance of the car and driver at each event.
- Assist in developing the performance of the car and team.
- Collaborate within the team to enhance engineering capabilities.
- Independently and collaboratively define and deliver performance projects for races and tests.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven high-level Race and Performance Engineering experience.
- Strong science, physics, and data-driven background.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and make sound decisions under pressure.
