General Summary: Manage the engineering of our GT cars and drivers at all events in international GT racing. Prepare and deliver performance plans for each race and test event. Maximize the performance of the car and driver at each event. Assist in developing the performance of the car and team. Collaborate within the team to enhance engineering capabilities. Work independently and with the team to define and execute performance projects for races and tests. Require previous motorsport experience (GT3, F1, LMDH, FE, WEC, GTWC, or similar). Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Degree or equivalent qualification. Proven high-level Race and Performance Engineering experience. Strong background in Science, Physics, and Data analysis. Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Remain calm, professional, and make sound decisions under pressure. Positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
