FIND is a specialist staffing business serving the Skills, Learning, and Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We’re on the lookout for a Quality Improvement Officer (South) to join a well established Ofsted grade 2 apprenticeship training provider. Our client is a big player within the training space, with 8,500+ apprentices on programme through both direct and sub contracted delivery.

Role: Quality Improvement Officer (South)

Location: Hybrid with travel – Midlands, East of England, South West, South East, or London

Salary: Up to £37,500 + all travel paid for

Hours: Full time – 35 hours per week

Are you passionate about raising standards in apprenticeship delivery? We’re looking for a proactive Quality Improvement Officer to join our team and support quality enhancement across our centres, subcontractors, and employer sites. In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll:

  • Conduct quality reviews and observations
  • Evaluate teaching, learning, assessment, safeguarding, and the wider apprentice experience
  • Lead improvement conversations and shape action plans
  • Use data and feedback to drive real, positive change
  • Support CPD and help staff deliver their best

You’ll work closely with the Quality Improvement Manager (South) to deliver our improvement strategy and make a tangible impact on learner outcomes.

About You:

  • Experience improving teaching and learning in apprenticeships
  • Strong understanding of quality processes (observations, deep dives, action planning)
  • Excellent communicator with a supportive, collaborative approach
  • Comfortable using data and apprentice feedback to inform improvement
  • Teaching and/or assessor qualification (Level 4+)
  • Full UK driving licence and willing to travel regionally
