If you’re a Quality Director , Head of Quality , Quality Manager , or Operations Manager with an eye for detail and seeking a new challenge, this role might be for you.

This role involves delivering quality-focused reports to the board and supporting a team of Quality Managers to achieve ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’ ratings in line with CQC requirements. The primary focus will be on problem-solving and working with services to enhance quality and compliance.

• Strategic management experience at operational or quality management level within the elderly care sector is necessary

The Candidate

This is an exciting opportunity for a current Ops / Quality Director looking to develop their career with a company committed to providing high-quality care.

Requirements

• Nurse qualification is preferred
• Experience as an Operations / Quality Manager in the elderly care sector
• Strong relationship skills
• Experience with and compliance to CQC standards
• Passion for elderly care is essential

Interview Process

The process involves two stages:

1. Stage One – Teams (informal interview)
2. Stage Two – F2F (formal interview)

Location

The ideal candidate will be based in or have easy access to the North of England: Leeds, Sheffield, or Manchester.

Summary

Our client seeks a Quality Director experienced in managing elderly care homes to ensure high-quality care in line with CQC standards. The position offers a salary of £90,000 per annum plus benefits.
