Python and AI Engineer

Job Description:

Hybrid role with 2–3 days in the London office.

We are seeking a Python Engineer passionate about machine learning, AI, and developing production-ready systems.

You will join a small, high-impact team working on cutting-edge AI products. The role offers significant autonomy, complemented by a strong culture of collaboration and adherence to best practices such as Code Reviews, Testing, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and AWS.

Technical skills required include proficiency in Python frameworks like Flask and Django.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• A passion for machine learning and AI.
• Ability to make technical decisions independently and influence the product’s future. Leadership potential is a plus.
