We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of properties in London. If you’ve got at least 12 months of property management experience and are ready to take on a new challenge, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Location: Watford Office, London
Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 5:30pm) 1-2 day work from home after training.
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, offering expert advice on all aspects of the tenancy.
- Oversee tenancy progressions, ensuring smooth transitions and full compliance with financial, rental, and legal matters.
- Manage maintenance issues and coordinate projects to ensure properties are well-maintained.
