We are seeking a talented Solicitor to join a top-ranked Property Damage team within a leading insurance law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle high-value property damage claims, policy coverage disputes, product liability, fraud cases, and subrogated recoveries for major UK insurers. You’ll engage in advocacy, mediations, and trials, while supporting substantial commercial insurance litigation across various issues like fires, water damage, and construction failures. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on large-scale, complex claims, from policy coverage disputes to significant loss subrogation.
- Support Lawyers with litigation, strategy, and client advisory work.
- Draft legal advice, conduct document reviews, and prepare instructions to counsel.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to insurer clients, contributing to client development.
- Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions.
