Our client is a leading, multi-branch estate agency who are seeking a Property Administrator to join their dynamic Hampstead office, nestled in a leafy neighbourhood full of cafes, independent shops and excellent transport links.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Sales Managers and Negotiators
  • Upload property and client details using Reapit software
  • Draft and send valuation and instruction letters
  • Prepare and update property lists, window cards, and marketing materials
  • Update property listings on the company website
  • Coordinate photography, floorplans, and statutory property documentation
  • Liaise with contractors for property boards and media advertising
  • Order stationery and manage general office supplies
  • Provide friendly meet-and-greet support and answer calls professionally

Key Skills:

  • Excellent typing, grammar and proof-reading skills
  • Confident communication and professional telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
