Our client is a leading, multi-branch estate agency who are seeking a Property Administrator to join their dynamic Hampstead office, nestled in a leafy neighbourhood full of cafes, independent shops and excellent transport links.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Sales Managers and Negotiators
- Upload property and client details using Reapit software
- Draft and send valuation and instruction letters
- Prepare and update property lists, window cards, and marketing materials
- Update property listings on the company website
- Coordinate photography, floorplans, and statutory property documentation
- Liaise with contractors for property boards and media advertising
- Order stationery and manage general office supplies
- Provide friendly meet-and-greet support and answer calls professionally
Key Skills:
- Excellent typing, grammar and proof-reading skills
- Confident communication and professional telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- A team player with a flexible and positive attitude
- Experience in property or administration (preferred)
