Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and contractual requirements.
- Resource Management: Coordinate resource allocation, identify potential resource conflicts, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, identify critical paths, and provide regular reports on schedule performance to project stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Assist in the identification and assessment of project risks and opportunities related to scheduling, and contribute to the development of mitigation plans.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication of schedule information.
- Programme Optimisation: Identify opportunities for improvements to programmes and drive through these improvements.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong Academic Foundation: Degree educated or equivalent in a construction-related field or a relevant technical discipline.
- Significant Planning Experience: 8+ years of experience as a Planner, with a proven track record on large-scale projects. Data centre experience is desirable but not essential.
- Essential Software Skills: Must have proficiency in:
- ASTA Powerproject
- MS Power BI
