You'll play a vital role in shaping our go-to-market strategies and ensuring operational excellence across the board.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and execute marketing projects from concept to launch
- Own and manage project timelines, milestones, and resource plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – from design and supply chain to consumer engagement and performance marketing
- Monitor project performance and report on KPIs
- Proactively identify and manage risks, keeping projects on track
- Drive brand consistency and quality across all touchpoints
- Prioritise and align interdependent initiatives across Andrex and Kleenex
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience, with 3+ years in marketing or innovation project management (FMCG)
- Strong track record of project delivery and business results
