Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager
Contract: 12 Months/Hybrid 2 days onsite
Job Description
SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that primarily produces paper-based consumer products. In this role, you will support and lead key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and driving world-class GTM excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of marketing projects, from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
- Monitor project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs.
- Identify risks and resolve issues to ensure projects stay on track.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all marketing materials.
- Coordinate interdependent initiatives, communicate effectively, and prioritize projects across brands for efficiency.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in marketing or innovation, with proven project management success.
- Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English.
- Strong project management capabilities, demonstrating leadership and influence across multifunctional teams.
- Proven ability to deliver results and drive business success.
- Accountability and a drive to exceed expectations.
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
- Resilience and capacity to work under pressure with competing priorities.
- Experience with IMF and cross-functional leadership.
