Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Job Description
SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces mainly paper-based consumer products. This role involves supporting and driving key projects for the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and world-class GTM excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
- Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs.
- Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables.
- Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, ensuring alignment and prioritization across brands.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in marketing or innovation, with a proven track record in project management.
- Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and clear communication in English.
- Strong project management abilities, demonstrating leadership and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to deliver results and drive business success.
- Accountability and a drive to exceed expectations.
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
- Resilient and capable of working under pressure with competing priorities.
- Experience with IMF and cross-functional leadership.
