We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading financial services clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team for a six-month contract.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
The CTO Real Estate Portfolio delivers technology infrastructure to support changes across the client’s real estate portfolio. This includes new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation, and building exits; with further support of technology upgrades to systems which support that estate, such as Protective Security.
Responsibilities include end-to-end accountability for all aspects of project delivery and handover into BAU support, working closely with teams across Technology, Real Estate Services, and 3rd Party providers to deliver technology outcomes aligned with programme deadlines, building strong relationships with stakeholders including Executives, managing the CTO Programme Schedule, monitoring dependencies, managing risks and issues, ensuring projects stay within budget, and maintaining governance documentation.
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience as a confident IT Infrastructure Project Manager who has delivered multiple Real Estate or Data Centre projects, an understanding of the RIBA design and construction process, management of 3rd Party Telco Circuit delivery including the Wayleave process, ability to coordinate multiple projects and deliver to strict deadlines, familiarity with Waterfall and Agile frameworks, financial literacy, experience managing projects within structured governance frameworks in a regulated industry, and effective communication and influencing skills to articulate complex issues to Senior Stakeholders and delivery teams.
