They are currently seeking a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager for a six-month contract. Job Responsibilities/Objectives The CTO Real Estate Portfolio delivers technology infrastructure to support changes across the client’s real estate portfolio, including new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation, and building exits. It also supports technology upgrades to estate systems such as Protective Security. Responsibilities include: End-to-end accountability for project delivery and handover into BAU support. Collaborating with Technology, Real Estate Services, and 3rd Party providers to deliver outcomes aligned with deadlines. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including Executives. Maintaining the CTO Programme Schedule, monitoring dependencies, and escalating issues. Managing risks, issues, budgets, and forecasts. Ensuring governance documentation is completed and stakeholders are informed. Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have: Experience delivering multiple Real Estate or Data Centre projects as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager. Understanding of RIBA design and construction processes and integrating Technology deliverables. Experience managing 3rd Party Telco Circuit delivery, including Wayleave processes. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile frameworks. Financial literacy for analyzing financial data. Experience managing projects within structured governance frameworks in regulated industries. Effective communication and influencing skills for engaging with Senior Stakeholders and teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
