They are currently looking for a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team for a six-month contract. Job Responsibilities/Objectives The CTO Real Estate Portfolio delivers technology infrastructure to support changes across the clientβs real estate portfolio. This includes new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation, and building exits, along with technology upgrades supporting these estates, such as Protective Security. Have end-to-end accountability for all aspects of project delivery and handover into BAU support. Work closely with teams across Technology, Real Estate Services, and 3rd Party providers to deliver technology outcomes aligned with programme deadlines. Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, including Executive level, to support project success. Own and maintain the CTO Programme Schedule, monitoring dependencies and escalating blocked tasks appropriately. Identify, capture, and manage risks and issues, following action plans. Manage projects within budget, ensuring accurate monthly forecasting. Follow Change Delivery Framework and complete governance documentation as required. Keep stakeholders and boards informed of project status, escalating issues promptly. Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have: Experience as a confident IT Infrastructure Project Manager, delivering multiple Real Estate or Data Centre projects. Understanding of the RIBA design and construction process, and integrating Technology deliverables into that process. Experience managing 3rd Party Telco Circuit delivery, including the Wayleave process. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet strict deadlines. Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile frameworks for Infrastructure projects. Financial literacy to analyze data and provide recommendations. Experience managing projects within structured governance frameworks in regulated industries.
